Embroidery Scene Products
All Embroidery Scene products are hand-made and embroidered by me, using good quality fabric and embroidery thread and my trusty sewing machine.
Whilst every effort has been made to take accurate photographs, please be aware that colours do vary on different monitors and screens.
Many of the products listed have already been made up. However, I am happy to make products to order, providing you with the opportunity for items to be varied slightly, to suit your requirements.
For example, you may like an embroidery design which is shown on a pink notebook cover, but you would prefer the fabric to be blue. Alternatively, you may like an embroidery design which is only shown on a notebook, but you would prefer it on an address book, then it may possible to do this. Also, you may wish for a name to be embroidered on a product, together with the embroidery design, to make a gift more personal. Any of these variations may be possible, so please ask.
If you wish to order a product that is different from that listed on the website, or if you want to add any personalisation, then please email me, to enable me to confirm your requirements. Please ensure that any personalisation details are correctly spelt.
Completing Your Order
A number of the products listed have already been made up and are available for immediate dispatch. If this is the case, your order will be dispatched on the next working day after a cleared payment has been received.
Some of the products listed on the website are made to order. I will endeavour to complete your order ready for dispatch within 5 days of receiving your order. During busy periods, or if a large order is placed, then it may take a little longer for your order to be completed. If there is likely to be a delay in completing your order, you will be informed at the time that the order is placed.
However, no money will be debited from your account until the order has been completed and is ready for dispatch. Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible after a cleared payment has been received.
I always use Royal Mail 1st Class Post for the delivery of my products.
Delivery prices are determined by the weight and size of each individual product, together with packaging costs. However, if your order contains more than one item, then the postage may actually work out lower than is quoted at the time of the order. The combined postage charge will be calculated accurately prior to dispatch and will be adjusted at the time your account is debited.
I hope that you will be delighted with your purchases. However, if you are not completely happy with any purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receipt and I will refund the cost, provided it is returned to me in its original condition. I am sorry but personalised items can not be returned, unless the item is faulty or I have made a error in your order.
Please ensure packaging is secure and that Proof of Postage is obtained. It may not be possible to refund or replace an item damaged, or lost during return transit.
If the item is faulty, or I have made an error in your order, then I will provide a full refund, including the return postage costs. However, if the item is being returned for any other reason, then I will refund the cost of the item, and the original postage, but not the return postage cost.
